GNU GPL GSL (Gravity Simulated Light AND MUSHIN FRAMEWORK) Version 2 Framework
Introduction: This license, an extension of the GNU GPL Version 3, is termed the GNU GPL GSL Version 2.
It is a living document, evolving alongside developments in global ethical frameworks and scientific advancements. This license governs the use of GSL (Gravity Simulated Light) and MUSHIN FRAMEWORK, as defined by Mo Te Iwi.
Core Principles:
• Pro Bono Humano: This principle guides the ethical use of GSL, emphasizing its use for the benefit of humanity rather than for profit.
• Ex Nihilo Nihil Fit: Reflects the belief that the pursuit of knowledge has inherent value, and its application should be for the greater good.Framework Alignment: GSL adheres to the latest versions of the Helsinki and Montreal frameworks, the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (Updated November 2016), and principles set forth by the INTERNATIONAL TRADE COUNCIL.Legal Precedents and Ethical Standards:
• Reference to the Google vs. Sonos case as a precedent for enforcing ethical and IP standards.
• Compliance with ITC rulings, particularly those emphasizing global ethical standards in trade. As recent as one set in Apple vs Masimo against AppleUsage Guidelines:
• Non-Commercial Use: GSL may be used for educational and scientific purposes that align with the aforementioned ethical standards.
• Commercial Use: Mo Te Iwi retains exclusive rights to license GSL (Gravity Simulated Light) and MUSHIN FRAMEWORK for commercial purposes, provided they align with Pro Bono Humano principles. Any commercial endeavor must also meet the Ex-Nihilo Nihil Fit standard.Liability and Enforcement:
• The creator, Navneet Ashneil Kumar, disclaims liability for misuse of GSL AND MUSHIN FRAMEWORK. Enforcement of ethical standards is expected to be upheld by local and global authorities
• Users are responsible for adhering to the ethical guidelines and may face revocation of the license for misuse.Ethical Breach Clause for GSL and Mushin Framework License.1. Definition of Ethical Breach: Ethical breaches include actions that:
Cause harm to individuals, communities, or the environment.
Utilize GSL and Mushin Framework for unauthorized military applications or in the development of weapons.
Contradict the principles of Pro Bono Humano (For the Good of Humanity) and Ex Nihilo Nihil Fit (Nothing Comes from Nothing), including but not limited to exploitation, discrimination, or contributing to social inequities.
Violate globally recognized ethical standards and guidelines in scientific research and commercialization.
2. Reporting Mechanism:
A dedicated ethics portal managed by Mo Te Iwi or license holders, or an appointed ethical oversight committee, will serve as the central reporting mechanism. Stakeholders can confidentially report potential breaches, ensuring accountability and responsiveness.
3. Investigation Process:
Upon receiving a report, a predefined process involving initial assessment, detailed investigation, and resolution will be initiated. This process will be carried out with utmost respect for fairness, transparency, and confidentiality, adhering to global best practices in ethical investigations.
4. Consequences of Breach:
Consequences will be proportionate to the severity of the breach, ranging from formal warnings and mandatory corrective actions to the revocation of the GSL and Mushin Framework license and potential legal action. The Non-Investment Clause will be activated in cases of significant ethical breaches, imposing an immediate freeze on investment and partnership opportunities for the offending entity and its affiliates.
5. Appeals Process:
Accused parties will have the right to appeal decisions through a structured process established by the licensor, respecting the principles of natural justice. This process allows for the review of decisions and ensures that corrective actions are fair and justifiable.
6. Amendments and Updates:
The Ethical Breach Clause will be subject to periodic review and updates to adapt to evolving ethical standards and scientific advancements. These updates will be carried out in consultation with ethical experts, scientific communities, and stakeholders to ensure the guidelines remain effective and relevant.
